Vinyasa Yoga A flowing yoga practice, where we’ll mindfully move with the breath and find that balance between challenge and ease – warming our bodies whilst calming the mind.
Yoga has been a massively positive force in my own life and something that I love to share with others - building strength, confidence and self-awareness. I started classes over 10 years ago, but it was only once I began a daily practice that I witnessed its truly transformative effects on body and mind, as well as just about every other part of my life! This inspired me to embark on my teacher training journey, which I completed at The House of Yoga in Putney, London - as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher.
