This is a Vinyasa Yoga class, designed to build strength, flexibility & mental balance. \"Vinyasa\" refers to the stringing together of postures, through different transitions whilst using the breath. Whilst this is a \"flowing\" class, we will begin by breaking down some of the basics to enable you to practice safely & comfortably. This class is designed to help you, not intimidate you! Suitable for all experience levels. Try to ensure you have space to move around, and IF you have a yoga mat make sure you bring it along. If you don't have a mat, a towel will work just fine!
