Each class is paced to meet the needs of the class and includes a physical practice, relaxation, meditation, a chance make some friends and have some fun and giggles. Owner at The Mad Yogi, Clare is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance International) and Registered Yin Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance International). With 20 years experience of studying Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Clare brings a diverse and creative style of Yoga to her classes and is trained to work with injuries, mobility issues and mental health issues.
