A 6 week course for absolute beginners, A step by step introduction to the fundamental techniques, postures and principles of Ashtanga Yoga. Each week we will build on what we did the week before. The aim is to go slowly to allow time for the body and mind to absorb, understand and assimilate what we are practising. Some learning resources will be provided to keep you motivated too. Suitable for everyone, no matter what shape, size or flexibility level! £50 for the 6 week course, £10 per session Course can be attended in person or online.
