Let go and relax- Session Two Starting with a gentle yoga flow to let go of any tension or unease in the body, followed by a 45 minute guided/visual meditation to help the mind let go of anything that doesn’t serve you. Mini retreat - self care for the mind and body Meditation and Yoga combine on this mini retreat for a little ‘me time’ to relax and rejuvenate. Sally, Lavender Hedge Therapies and Nicki from Superstar Yoga have come together to create a two sessions to allow you to focus on yourself in the beautiful surroundings of The Loft. Combining both yoga and meditation will help you to physically and mentally relax. In between sessions there will be tea, coffee and refreshments to give you time to chat in the tranquil surroundings. Why take part in a retreat? Meditation and Yoga are some of the strongest tools to help reduce stress, anxiety and body tension. They can also help to increase immunity, feelings of well-being, intuitively and creativity - to name just a few!
