This class combines yoga flows and yin yoga using the Seasonal Yoga ethos to help us be in tune with nature and get the most out of that the time of year. We'll flow through a series of asanas which to build strength and flexibility which will be complemented by yin postures to work deeper into areas of the body to release tension and discomfort. Pranayama (aka breathing) and meditation techniques will then to help you ease into the weekend.
