We are Rosie & Lucy Tostevin, two sisters who created and run FIT: Family Inspired Training.

We encourage people from all abilities and backgrounds to come along to get fit but most of all have fun, with family and friends. Our Saturday adult bootcamp sessions are run alongside a child friendly fun exercise session for children aged 30 months – 10 years. Plus we have adult only FIT Pilates classes too.

Our aim is to build a community of individuals who want to improve their health and well-being, be part of a supportive group of people and to help children and families develop healthy habits early on in life which in turn will offer life-long benefits.
