G’Day Mate, the classes at Down Under Fitness are fun, personalized, and designed to allow participation for all fitness levels. If you’re just starting out, awesome! If you’re a world class sprinter, awesome! You will receive personal training-like attention due to the instructor to participant(s) ratio. Our instructors bring a level of energy and entertainment that will have you wanting more when finished. No matter what fitness level you bring, we promise to help you elevate to the next level.
