Bio

Elisha is a London-based Barre, Pilates and Dance Fitness instructor. Her background is in the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, Athletics and choreographing dance theatre. A spinal injury taught Elisha to break down the mechanics of movement for a mindful practice.

Elisha's determination to pursue a career in fitness is inspired by working with people to progress and achieve personal goals. Her work in community theatre has encouraged her to make each class a safe space where people feel they can have fun and express themselves.

She creates her classes with the awareness that everyone is different and has found empowerment through alignment and learning to embrace physical change. Expect to challenge endurance, strength and stability. Elisha's goal is to use rhythm and fluidity to improve skills, promote longevity and functional movement in everyday life.
