With 20 years experience of studying Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Clare brings a diverse and creative style of Yoga to her classes and is trained to work with injuries, mobility issues and mental health issues. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced Yogi, and whether you are looking for relaxation and stress relief, physical fitness or fun and friendship, you will find your Yoga in your unique body. With has additional training in Meditation and a previous career as a Mental Health Nurse, Clare is a keen advocate of meditation, mindfulness and mental health awareness and education. Her classes are creative and diverse, working on a different emotional and physical themes with a strong emphasis on positive body image and inclusion.

Currently all classes are held in the Aberaeron area and comply with up to date local Covid 19 regulations.
