UR Yoga teacher Hanna Downey teaches Yoga based on techniques that she has learned through her own personal experience practicing yoga, and studying as a yoga teacher with Rise Movement. Her classes include a blend of asana (postural yoga), meditation, calming breathing techniques (pranayama) and flow sequences (vinyasa). She aspires to create a safe and welcoming space to take some time to pause, breathe and connect through movement among community.
