Core Balance Yoga was set up two years ago and is suitable for all levels and ages. We offer both yoga and Pilates classes and cater to those just beginning their fitness and wellness journey as well as those at a more advanced level. The studio was set up by Carrie Andrews and currently has 5 experienced instructors teaching 7 days a week. More recently, we have begun to office online streaming classes via Zoom so you are welcome to join us even if you can't attend in person.
